Have you ever heard the statement – Less is More? That means for internet marketing lingo, sometimes the easiest ways to rank on top of the search engines, are in fact to keep it simple. Below, I have some information on how you can dominate page 1 in 3 easy to follow steps.
What About Internet Marketing is Not!
I don’t want to offend anyone reading this. Well, maybe just the knob so called guru’s a little. I am not here to stroke your ego and make you feel all warm and fuzzy. My goal is simple and that’s for you to follow a simple plan and start getting productive this week to building a long term and viable online business. For the record and to save you a bunch of money. I literally wasted thousands of hours and thousands of dollars by following so called experts by buying their products. Some of them are really great tools, while most I found to be utter useless.
Internet Marketing – My 3 Step Approach
First – Keyword Research Using the Right Internet Marketing Tool.
Second – Creating a Website, setting it up and adding on page and optimized content
Third – Back links – You need to get high quality one way back links to rank well.
The things I find the most laughable with so called experts, they like to complicate the process. It makes them sound so intelligent. Anyone that tells you its extremely complicated to rank is full of themselves. It does take some effort to learn the basics, but the real work comes when you actually get productive. For instance, building websites, optimizing them, adding quality content and then getting some back links and incorporating social networking into the mix. Those are the things that make you money in the long term, but that is the part where most people are not willing to put the effort in.
Below are links to various sections of my website. I will keep adding on additional content as I can, but there is plenty here now to get going.
Looking back over the past few years, I can’t believe how much has changed on the internet and with technology. Although much has changed, keeping your approach to building a long lasting business has not. If you offer good quality content that people find valuable, you will do well over time, provided you do the work too. There are a lot of people out there looking for the easy way out. The fact is, nothing is easy per se. Just because I have a simple approach, doesn’t mean its easy. The point to this entire website is this. If you want it to work, then you alone must be willing to invest the time and dedication into making it work.
My big pet peeve is when I see other people complaining and whining about their own lack of success, while blaming others. Look, your intelligent enough and once you know the basics like I outline here on the website, its time to stop reading and time to start doing. Nobody gave me a silver spoon in my mouth, so don’t expect someone to build your business for you because they simply won’t. If you want to waste tons of time, read lots of forums and answer lots of questions. OK, I am being a little sarcastic for a reason. By the way, don’t do that please.
How in the hell can you get any work done with that many posts was my question to the forum. Many times, people are afraid to say to the people perceived to be experts, your full of shit and call them out. I call people out all the time, but in a reasonably nice way. I don’t need to be rude to them outright, but I certainly question their information if I know it doesn’t sound right. You don’t need to waste thousands of dollars like I did to build a business online.
One of the best pieces of advice I got last year was opening up an Amazon website. Seriously, I wished I had done it sooner. The key to being successful is having a variety of websites for different things. Once you dominate a particular area and you know it makes good money, then add another website with a different hosting company and rinse and repeat.
